Duo Personal Training: what does it involve exactly?

In duo personal training, you are guided as a pair during your workouts. Essentially, this is the same as regular personal training: you work towards your goals together with a personal trainer, who provides you with tips and feedback not only on the training itself but also on nutrition and lifestyle.


The only difference between personal training and duo personal training is that you are guided alongside someone else. For example, you could train with a close friend or your partner. In duo personal training, both of you work on your own goals while receiving targeted guidance from the personal trainer.
