Yes! You’re welcome to visit our gym whenever we are open. You can order a day pass and we will grant you access. If you decide that you want to become a member after that, we will refund your day pass (one time refund of one day pass). If you have any specific questions, please feel free to contact us.
After making a payment, you will receive an SMS with an invitation to the Bold app. You will use this app to enter the gym. After registering in the app, you can use it to open the door. You need to stand in front of the door and have Bluetooth turned on. You cannot open the door “remotely.”

No, your membership is strictly personal. The Bold app, which is used to access the door, is also strictly linked to your own phone number. If you want to bring someone with you, they can either contact us or purchase a day pass.
At Credo Gym, you can purchase day passes. These passes can be bought immediately through a one-time iDeal payment. Please note that a day pass is valid for the day you purchased it, not for 24 hours from the time of purchase. The passes will expire automatically.
Your membership starts immediately after you have paid. We will automatically withdraw money from your account via SEPA direct debit on the 4th of each month.
When signing up for a new subscription, the first payment is adjusted based on the number of days until the next payment date. For example, if you sign up for a subscription on the 1st of the month, your first payment will only cover the first three days until the 4th. Subsequent withdrawals will be for the regular amount.
Elke 4de van de maand vindt een SEPA incasso plaats. Zorg er dus voor dat je voldoende saldo op je rekening hebt staan. Wanneer er bij het uitvoeren van de automatische incasso niet genoeg geld op je rekening staat, en er dus geen betaling heeft kunnen plaatsvinden, kunnen wij extra kosten in rekening brengen.
We apply a one-month notice period. At Credogym, a month runs from the 4th of one month to the 4th of the next, regardless of when you start a membership. You finish your current month, and then the final month begins.
When your subscription period is over, you can send an email to info@credogym.nl stating that you would like to cancel.
One of our team members will then contact you to complete the cancellation.
Yes, that’s possible! If you are unable to use our facilities for more than 4 weeks due to an injury or illness, you can temporarily deactivate your membership for a maximum period of 6 months. You will need to provide a doctor’s note for this.
If you are going abroad for a period of at least 4 months and a maximum of 6 months, it is also possible to temporarily suspend your membership. In this case, we ask you to share proof, such as an internship contract, rental agreement, or plane tickets.

Note: We can process your request even faster if you send a doctor’s note or proof of your stay abroad right away.
